In a major technological break-through, SAMSHI Pipe Industries Limited has overcome the theoretical limit of its plant at Savli Vadodara to manufacture SAW pipes with a diameter of 2620 mm, thus increasing its capability from the earlier 2540 mm.

Samshi thus continues to make the largest diameter SAW pipes in India.
